[Contract] Sale of Rochester

General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of Rochester town

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to add @dinkdan95 to the owners list of Rochester upon receiving a payment of $30,000. I will assist him with adding and removing users/owners until he has reached the rank of Resident. Upon receiving full payment of $55,000 ($30,000 + $25,000 over 1 month) I must leave the town region upon request from @dinkdan95

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@dinkdan95 must pay me $30,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being approved. And also agree to pay me an additional $25,000 ECD within 1 month of this contract being approved. He may not remove me from the town as an owner until either A) He sells the town, B) He has fully paid off the town and does not wish for me to help adding/removing members or C) He has reached the rank of resident. Once either A, B or C have been met then he has full permission to remove me from the town (Although A/B will require me to remove myself).

@dinkdan95 Must also agree that if he is unable to pay the extra $25,000 within 1 month then I will be able to reclaim ownership of the town without refund. Hence losing the $30,000 upfront payment.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
