General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of the town Sandsville, located in Rising on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will:
- Add @bubblebutt1234 to the town of Sandsville as an owner of the region within 24 hours of approval of this contract.
- Create a payment sign located at Sandsville (1413, 63, 128 Rising). Payments are $4,000 each with a total of 6 payments.
- Leave the town as an owner/member upon full payment from @bubblebutt1234 if paid before 31st December 2015.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@bubblebutt1234 must:
- Pay a total of $24,000 ECD to the above mentioned trade sign located at Sandsville within six (6) weeks. Due 31st of December 2015.
- Agree to not remove me as an owner UNTIL all of the payment has been paid
- Agree that if @bubblebutt1234 fails to pay all of the $24,000 ECD by the due date of 31st December 2015 plus $10,000 upfront, then the town will be reclaimed by @obblebobble. Meaning all prior payments are forfeited and @bubblebutt1234 will be removed as an owner of the region. Once full-ownership has been returned to @obblebobble then the contract will become void in this situation.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
