General Purpose of Contract:
To facilitate the sale of my Star Pickaxe (Efficiency VII Unbreaking III Silk Touch I) with the ID #IBSRUKXU

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
>> @MCHelix3000 will give @Jonathug_ the Star Pickaxe with the ID #IBSRUKXU within 24 hours of this contract being approved.
>> @MCHelix3000 agrees to make a trade sign located at -14385/20/-6666 in Magnolia in Rising with increments of $250,000 for 4 weeks, 4 payments and atleast one payment every week.
>> @MCHelix3000 agrees to transfer the ownership of the tool to @Jonathug_ within 24 hours of the last payment made to the trade sign, on January 20th, 2015.

>> @MCHelix3000 has the right to file a complaint within 48 hours if one or more payments have been missed.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
>> @Jonathug_ agrees to make weekly payments of $250,000 ECD on or before these dates:

December 30th, 2015
January 6th, 2016
January 13th, 2016
January 20th, 2016

>> @Jonathug_ agrees to not sell or allow the Star Pickaxe with ID #IBSRUKXU to be in any other user's possession until the total 1,000,000 ECD has been paid.

>> @Jonathug_ agrees to /own and accept the ownership of the tool on January 20th, 2016 after all payments have been made.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
