IGN: @David_Torento Users Involved in this Contract: @xboyfernz @David_Torento General Purpose of Contract: For the official transfer of the legal ownership of the town "Starwaycity' in Legacy to @David_Torento I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @David_Torento agree to pay @xboyfernz $50,000 ECD upon being added to the town Starwaycity and @xboyfernz being removed from Starwaycity The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @xboyfernz agrees to add @David_Torento to the town Starwaycity, and remove himself within 24 hours of this contracts approval. @xboyfernz Also agrees to waive his right to ever reclaim this town in the future. @xboyfernz agrees If, for whatever reason, he manages to reclaim the town, to pay @David_Torento a sum of $1,000,000 ECD within 3 days of re-claiming the town, or he will forfeit the town back to @David_Torento @xboyfernz Agrees to that this contract serves as an official approval for a town-transfer application. @xboyfernz Agrees to remove and and all LWC's that he has placed in Starwaycity, as well as not to place anymore. (all within 24 hours of this contracts approval) I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
