IGN: @BackToThePast Users Involved in this Contract: @jaygen @BackToThePast General Purpose of Contract: The safe transaction and trade for the spawnshops #15 and #25 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Within 48 hours of this contract being approved, @jaygen will pay @BackToThePast, 5.3 million ECD. Upon receiving the money, I, @BackToThePast, agree to post a spawnshop transfer application, transferring my shop, station 15, to @jaygen. Upon @BackToThePast's post of the spawnshop transfer application, @jaygen will post another spawnshop transfer application (within 12 hours of my post), transferring station 25 to me, @BackToThePast. It is the responsibility of both @BackToThePast and @jaygen that the spawnshop transfer applications are not rejected, meaning they must both take the responsibility of having the amount required for the transfer application. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @jaygen will agree to the following: Pay @BackToThePast 5.3 million ECD within 48 hours of this contract being approved. Post the spawnshop transfer application, transferring station 25 to @BackToThePast within 12 hours of @BackToThePast's post transferring station 15 to @jaygen. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
