General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a town claim


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Smeefy agrees to do the following.
File a request for a claim of a town of @poey72 selection (assume it's eligible for claim) within an hour of @poey72 PM request.
Not to attempt to re-claim the town
The next time logging in when he claims the town , @Smeefy will add @poey72 as the sole owner, and remove himself within 24 hours.
To file any application he asks me to as long as he provides me with the funds to do so.
Not to add anyone to the town or do anything else to it unless @poey72 asks.
Agrees the sole purpose of his temporary ownership of this town is simply to transfer it over to @poey72.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@poey72 agrees to pay @Smeefy $200,000 within 24 hours of contract approval or the next time we're both online.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

edit: I discussed with poey and he was nervous about the time schedule. Updated and Fixed. All is good now

 

Alright, fixed. Sorry about that. He now has 24 hours instead of 5 after the contract is accepted to make the payment.
