[Contract] Sale of town on payment plan

General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of the town Rochester, located in Rising on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will:
- Add @hazza2234 to the town of Rochester as an owner of the region within 24 hours of approval of this contract.
- Create a payment sign located at Rochester (-1704, 63, -11350 Legacy). Payments are $1,000 each with a total of 64 payments.
- Leave the town as an owner/member upon full payment from @hazza2234 if paid before 19th December 2015.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@hazza2234 must:
- Pay a total of $64,000 ECD to the above mentioned trade sign located at Rochester within one month. Due 19th of December 2015.
- Agree to not remove me as an owner UNTIL all of the payment has been paid
- Agree that @webman11123 must remain as an owner of the region due to past contracts. And so he can apply for town features for @hazza2234
- Agree that if @hazza2234 fails to pay all of the $64,000 ECD by the due date of 19th December 2015, then the town will be reclaimed by @obblebobble. Meaning all prior payments are forfeited and @hazza2234 will be re-added as a member rather than an owner. Once full-ownership has been returned to @obblebobble then the contract will become void in this situation.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
