The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Once @NSPGamer receives the $55,000 ecd from @Ladyvamptress, @NSPGamer has 1 day (24 hours) to add @Ladyvamptress as owner of the town called "Plots". @NSPGamer agrees not to remove @Ladyvamptress from the owner list of the town called "Plots" for any reason. @NSPGamer agrees to remove all his locks and trade signs from the town of "Plots" within 3 days (72 hours) of this contracts approval. @NSPGamer agrees to request any town feature for the town of "Plots" as long as @Ladyvamptress covers the cost. @NSPGamer agrees to go through with a town transfer if @Ladyvamptress requests one. @NSPGamer agrees that @Ladyvamptress may remove him from the town called "Plots" after the date of September 9, 2016. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
