@CoolManPlayzMc simply agrees to not remove @Darth_Hydraxis from ownership until the application has been approved.

This clause is not enforceable, please remove this if you wish for the contract to be accepted. Also, can you include a clause that allows this contract to be used as justification for a town transfer application by @CoolManPlayzMc, should he apply for one in the future? Lastly, can you include the original town application for Pangea_1? -
Due to the fact that @Darth_Hydraxis is not the current official owner of the town, he can't give permission to transfer it. This means that this contract can't be used for a town transfer, and that if the official owner (wickedhobo) logs on and wishes to take it back he can. My apologies for the misunderstanding but can you remove the clause allowing for the town transfer?
