IGN: @luccowarleo Users Involved in this Contract: @AnotherBrother General Purpose of Contract: I will sell a melon sword to AnotherBrother and AnotherBorther will pay 1590k to me in 6 weeks. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @luccowarleo will give the melon sword with Item ID #IPTWZ6RD to @AnotherBrother within 24 hours after the contract is approved. I @luccowarleo will remain as the owner of the melon sword with Item ID #IPTWZ6RD until @AnotherBrother paid off all his debt to me. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @AnotherBrother will pay 1590k to me in 6 weeks in 6 payments. The payments will be made to the sign set up in one of my town in Rising World at coordinates (X -540, Y 74, Z 2016) The payments are due on the dates outlined below: Week 1 - 265K - 7/16/2016 Week 2 - 265K - 7/23/2016 Week 3 - 265K - 7/30/2016 Week 4 - 265K - 8/06/2016 Week 5 - 265K - 8/13/2016 Week 6 - 265K - 8/20/2016 @AnotherBrother will not give this melon sword with item ID #IPTWZ6RD to anyone else until the full amount has been paid off. If @AnotherBrother loses/breaks the melon sword with item ID #IPTWZ6RD, he will continue to pay off the full payment plan. The payment plan will end should one of the two following cases come to apply. 1. If a payment is more than 3 days late, a complaint will be filed and @AnotherBrother will have to give the melon sword with item ID #IPTWZ6RD back to @luccowarleo without any refunds. 2. @luccowarleo couldn't transfer the melon sword with item ID #IPTWZ6RD to @AnotherBrother within 24 hours after the contract is approved. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes I agree.
