Hello, bfore we can proceed and approve your contracts a few things that need to be fixed. Please cap the late fees at a certain amount or date. Please put exact coords/world for the sayed sign After these changes gave been made by @BuildsByGideon @xCyrusG will have to re-agree
"Late fees will be capped at 2 weeks" 2 weeks are the maximum late fees he can owe/have. Basically the amount of late fees he has.
