I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will purchase the Investigator feature for 7amoodw for the $79.99USD sale price. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 7amoodw will pay Skylexia 550k ECD for the purchase of the Investigator feature. This 550k is due, in lump sum, within 3 months from the creation of this contract (July 26th, 2014, by the end of the day.) Skylexia understands that 7am has real life commitments and will be open to renegotiation of the timeline if needed, provided that the negotiation is more than 2 weeks prior to the due date. Skylexia will provide a sign in the Wildehaven Repayment Centre in the event that she is not available when 7am has acquired the funds. He will inform her via /mail if he uses this option. Should 7amoodw fail to pay the full amount by the end of July 26th, 2014, he will be reported and held accountable for breach of contract. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
