General Purpose of Contract:
For me, @_Sharpy to pay @Tinerco $75,000 ECD to buy a warp for the town "SharpFarms"

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to:
- Pay @Tinerco $75,000 within 24 hours of this contract being approved.
- Add @Tinerco as a region owner of the town "Sharpfarms" within 24 hours of this contract being approved by a moderator.
- Remove @Tinerco as a region owner of the town "Sharpfarms" after the warp application is finished.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Tinerco agrees to:
- Not add or remove any owners or members of the town "Sharpfarms"
- Apply for a warp for the town "SharpFarms" within 3 hours of receiving $75,000.
