[Contract] Smoke Mayor

General Purpose of Contract:
This contract will be used to make sure that @Smoke1965 gets his mayor rank, and that I get his town along with a town feature, which I will pay for.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Upon approval of this contract, I (@Dccciz) will supply @Smoke1965 with $85,000.
Within 24 hours of @Smoke1965's Mayor Application being approved, and him adding @Dccciz as owner, I (@Dccciz) will supply him with $40,000 for a town feature (/warp). After we get the warp, I will remove him as owner, and he will not be a member.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Upon approval of this contract, @Smoke1965 will apply for mayor within 1 hour, using the exact application that I provide for him at the bottom of the contract. When his Mayor App gets approved, he must add @Dccciz to the town as an owner.
Upon approval of @Smoke1965's mayor application, he will receive $40,000 from @Dccciz (within 24 hours) and use it to apply for the /warp feature for the town, using the application that is at the bottom of the contract. He will have to insert the town application link, however. (Marked Below) After he gets the warp, either he will remove himself fully from the town, or I will remove him. He does not have permission to edit the town at any point.
If he fails to do apply for mayor, $40,000 will not be given to him for the feature, and the $85,000 will be given back. If he does apply for mayor, but does not apply for /warp, then he will be required to give back the $40,000 along with an extra $85,000. If he does both, this contract's goal was achieved and we are both happy!
By apply, I mean that he submits the application and it is accepted.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
