General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure a safe investment using funds provided by @appleprocucling in a master fund run by @SKSoccer.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Invest all capital to the best of my abilities
• Provide @appleprocucling his/her money back, along with all profits (except fees, outlined below) as soon as possible upon being contacted
• Fees are taken out of the updated aggregate total of the investment
• The above clause takes place 3 days following the investment, as that is the minimum possible time an investment can be placed through the ECC Stock Trader
• Provide weekly updates regarding the securities of the master fund through private message
• Provide monthly updates regarding the risk management of the master fund through private message
• Provide sufficient in game capital in the event of a default on my own part in order to pay back @appleprocucling in full (100% of invested capital)

Fees (X = Initial Investment):
X < $10,000: 10%

$10,001 < X < $50,000: 5%

$50,001 < X< $1,000,000: 2.5%

X > $1,000,001: 1%


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Pay the agreed upon investment as soon as possible, either through pay sign or direct payment. In this case, the payment will be $1,000,000.
• Not share with any party the confidential weekly portfolio updates
• Not share with any party the confidential monthly risk management updates
• Not share with any party the confidential welcome letter outlining the private portfolio

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
