[Contract] Spawntown of nymeria

General Purpose of Contract:
For @Revanrose6 to become the legal owner of the main-server spawntown of nymeria, and eventually transfer official ownership of nymeria from @Natelev to @Revanrose6.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Natelev, agree that @Revanrose6 will become the new legal owner of nymeria in main.
I, @Natelev, agree to never remove @Revanrose6 as an owner from the town of nymeria.
I, @Natelev, agree to re-add @Revanrose6 as an owner upon request, if @Revanrose6 is ever removed from the town by someone else for any reason.
I, @Natelev, agree to apply for any town features upon request from @Revanrose6, such as portals or warps.
I, @Natelev, agree that if I fail to apply for a town feature within two weeks of a request from @Revanrose6 via either forum PM or in-game mail, then this contract can be used as proof for an official town transfer application, allowing @Revanrose6 to become the official owner of nymeria.
I, @Natelev, agree that if @Revanrose6 goes inactive for 3 months or longer on the main server, this entire contract is null and void.

I, @Natelev, agree that if I ever obtain the "town of the month" prestige from the town of nymeria, this contract can be used as evidence for an official town transfer application at any time, to transfer official ownership of nymeria to @Revanrose6.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Revanrose6 agrees that as long as @Natelev is the official owner of nymeria, @Revanrose6 will pay @Natelev the cost to apply for any town features requested by @Revanrose6, such as town portals or warps.
@Revanrose6 agrees that as long as @Natelev is the official owner of nymeria, @Revanrose6 won't remove @Natelev as an owner from nymeria.
@Revanrose6 agrees that, if they ever go inactive for 3 months or longer on the main server, this entire contract is null and void.
@Revanrose6 agrees that, if they ever go inactive for 3 months or longer on the main server, @Natelev will become the legal owner of nymeria again.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
