General Purpose of Contract:
Financed sale of ‘Star Pickaxe’


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

‘The Star Pickaxe’ or ‘Star Pickaxe’ will refer to an Efficiency VII, Silk Touch I, Unbreaking III pickaxe with unique item ID of IE0PIQ24 unless otherwise stated.


@myminecrafter01 will transfer ‘The Star Pickaxe’, both ownership and physical possession, to @COOKIEMONSTERS51 within the 24 hours AFTER @COOKIEMONSTERS51 has made an upfront payment of $500,000 to @myminecrafter01.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@COOKIEMONSTERS51 will pay $500,000 to @myminecrafter01 within 24 hours of contract approval.

@COOKIEMONSTERS51 will pay $100,000 to @myminecrafter01 per week for 8 consecutive weeks.

• $100,000 payment due on or before 23:59 07/08/2016 UTC
• $100,000 payment due on or before 23:59 14/08/2016 UTC

• $100,000 payment due on or before 23:59 04/09/2016 UTC
• $100,000 payment due on or before 23:59 11/09/2016 UTC

Upfront payment = $500,000
Remaining amount due after upfront payment = $800,000

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@bobman3355 I've updated the payment times to be more specific. The payment method is irrelevant to the agreement.
