General Purpose of Contract: Safely lending my Star Rod

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I agree to lend @Mika8117 my Star Rod (pictured here) for 1 day. I will be providing that tool to @Mika8117 upon this contract being approved and receiving the payment of 15,000 ECD. At the time of providing the tool, I will show @Mika8117 the chest in which the tool is to be returned at the end of the borrowing period.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@Mika8117 agrees to pay me 15,000 ECD upon the approval of this contract.
@Mika8117 agrees that should the tool be lost or broken, the tool must either be replaced or compensated in the amount equivalent to the netherstar price of the tool. Full repayment in this situation is expected within 2 months.
@Mika8117 agrees that the tool will be returned to the designated chest in the Legacy town of Alleria by 2:00pm EST on July 28th, 2015. If @Skylexia is unavailable at that time, @Mika8117 agrees that they will take timestamped screenshot(s) of the return of the tool to the appropriate donation chest, and then upload them and forum PM them directly to @Skylexia.
@Mika8117 agrees that late returning of the tool will result in a late fee of 15k/day for up to 3 days, and that after 3 days a complaint will be filed for the returning of the tool and for the late fees incurred.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
