I need you to specify a) when you will file the transfer application and b) When will @RANDOM2580 pay you the 90k. For example, "I will file a station transfer application for station14 to @RANDOM2580 with four weeks rent up to 1 hour after this contract is approved." and "@RANDOM2580 will pay me 90,000 EcoDollars at the trade sign found at 2596x, 63y, 3798z in Legacy.
