General Purpose of Contract:
@Greg928u to cover the 200x200 town of GoldenHarvest, which is located in Rising, with smooth stone for a total for $40,000(40k) ECD

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @BaseballIsGolden agree to pay @Greg928u $20,000(20k) within 24 hours of this contract being approved.

I @BaseballIsGolden agree to provide the 40,000 stone needed for this job.

I @BaseballIsGolden agree to add @Greg928u as a member to the town of GoldenHarvest within 24 hours of this contract being approved.

I @BaseballIsGolden agree to pay @Greg928u an additional $20,000(20k) within 48 hours of @Greg928u completing the job.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Greg928u agrees to cover the 200x200 town of GoldenHarvest, which is located in Rising, before July 23rd 2016.

@Greg928u agrees to only cover the town of GoldenHarvest at the level of y:62 with smooth stone, which will be provided by @BaseballIsGolden

@Greg928u agrees to clear any and all islands in the middle of the town, to make this town into a flat 200x200 stone area.

@Greg928u agrees to use the stone provided only for this job and nothing else.

@Greg928u agrees @BaseballIsGolden has the right to file a complaint for breach of contract if this job is not done by July 23rd 2016 unless new terms are discussed and agreed upon.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.
