He also agrees not to re-claim the town. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. Few things that need to be changed @BillyTL. First of all, you need to give a time frame of when after the contract is accepted you will pay the 50k (Example would be 15 minutes after contract is accepted). The same thing would have to happen for giving ownership to you of the town, (Example would be within 24 hours of contract accepted to remove locks/add you as owner). Finally, you cannot remove @TexasBulldog99's LWC's even with his permission, as he is still the original owner. If you want those chests removed, you must have him log on himself to remove them. After this is done @GMaxx @TexasBulldog99 I'll need you to repost your parts, AFTER he edit's them. Thanks for understanding
