General Purpose of Contract:
The safe, secure, and proper purchase of the town of Haven from @JamieSinn, the seller, and @Phantomine , the buyer.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
As soon as the contract has been accepted, I (@Phantomine) will pay user @JamieSinn the sum of $35,000 ECD. This payment is made for the full technical ownership of Haven.

@Phantomine agrees that should the request of the reconstruction of the spawn-town portal be unsuccessful then the town will be returned as soon as possible to @JamieSinn in return for $35,000 ECC and a voiding on this contract.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
(@JamieSinn ) As soon as the full payment of $35,000 ECD is received @JamieSinn will grant full, exclusive technical ownership to @Phantomine for the town of Haven.
@JamieSinn will add @Phantomine as the owner of the region.
@JamieSinn will then remove themselves as owner of the region, as well as also removing any locks present.
@JamieSinn Also forfeits: the right to re-claiming the town in the future through messaging a GA+ and requesting the ownership back. (Town claims are still valid obviously :p)


@JamieSinn also agrees that the full amount of $35,000 ECD will be refunded should the request for the town-spawn portal to be reconstructed is unsuccessful.



I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes
