General Purpose of Contract: safe payment plan for effi pick
<general outline of what the contract is for.>

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: i @scgenesis agree to:

1) add @Torzon to a chest located at x: -12776 y: 63 z: 377 with /cmodify torzon that contains my eff7 pick with unique id #I9CZRW4C no later than 12:00 pm (mid night) 11/13/15 (friday) after i @scgenesis recieve $170k plus 350 nstars
from @Torzon

2) transfer full ownership of the eff7 pick to @Torzon upon succesful completion of a 3 week payment plan of 300k/week plus late fees if aplicable

3) transfer full ownership of the eff7 to @Torzon should @Torzon pay the full 900k early


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Torzon agrees to:

1) pay @scgenesis $170k as well as 350 nstars no later than 11/13/15 12:00 pm (mid night) est and before he gets access to the chest with the eff7

2) to use @scgenesis eff7 pick with unique id #I9CZRW4C located at the above coordinates to pay @scgenesis $300k ecd every week for 3 consecutive weeks starting from the date he gets access to the chest containing the eff7 (no later than 11/13/15).

3) that if any of the 3 weekly payments is missed, a $115k late fee will be added onto the total amount owed to @scgenesis and another $115k will be added to the total amount owed for every additional week he is late (weekly payments plus late fees), with a cap of 2 weeks worth of late fees.

4) that if 2 payments are late in a row the eff7 will be returned to @scgenesis with no refund

5) to always place the eff7 back in the chest stated at the above coordinates when ever he is afk, not in game, or not actively using the pick.

6) that if he breaks, or looses the pick for any reason, he will ow @scgenesis $2.2 million ecd to be payed starting the date the pick is lost/broken and to be payed back in minimum of $150k/week payments.

7) to not let anyone besides himself have access to the pick.

8) to let @scgenesis view the pick at any time for any reason to make sure it is not lost/broken.

9) to return the pick to @scgenesis if for any reason @scgenesis suspects something fishy is going on, in exchange for all items/money paid upto that point returned by @scgenesis.

10) that if any of yhe previous bullet points are not fulfilled completely durring the dururation of this deal, breach of contract will occur and @scgenesis will have the right to file a complaint.



I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of
EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes
