General Purpose of Contract:
To facilitate the claim of the town of 'Gorham' through the use of
@nicoviacava1210 's Tycoon Claim, and then to transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of 'Gorham' in the world of Legacy from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @nicoviacava1210 to the permanent technical 'ownership' of @AdmiralD .

Furthermore, this contract will act as the official required contract needed for a town claim through the tycoon+ claim system, or the server town-transfer system.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, @AdmiralD, will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it.

As payment, I will immediately give @nicoviacava1210 $150,000 ECD upon his filing of the "Town Claim #1" found in the spoiler under his terms once this contract is approved.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

The following terms apply to @nicoviacava1210 :

1. I, @nicoviacava1210, agree to add the user @AdmiralD as technical owner to the town of 'Gorham' upon the acceptance of my Tycoon Claim application found in clause 6 of this contract. Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the technical 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to his original ownership or claim it.

2. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system.

3. I will return the aforementioned $150,000 the user @AdmiralD given to me solely for my Tycoon Claim #1 application in the event the town of 'Gorham' cannot be claimed.

3. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the claiming of a town through the server's town-claim process for tycoons+.

5. I agree that if I have any LWCS in this town, I will assist in removing them in a timely manner. This contract thereby gives the new owner (@AdmiralD) the right to remove them if they are in the town of 'Gorham'.

There are no members of this town.

Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this:
