General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a Town Claim.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @a18greek18 , agree to the following:
-I will File a Town Claim Application for The town "due" (Legacy) within 24 hours of receiving $300,000 ECD from either @JinxJames or @StanleyMines
- If, for any reason, the Town Claim Application gets denied I will return $300,000 ECD to either @JinxJames or @StanleyMines within 48 hours of denial, and this contract will be nulled.
- Upon acceptance of the Town Claim Application, I will do the commands "/rg addowner due StanleyMines", "/rg addowner due JinxJames", and "/rg removeowner due a18greek18"
- If the total amount of $450,000 ECD is not received after 2 weeks from the Town Claim Application's approval then a complaint will be filed for breach of contract against @StanleyMines and @JinxJames

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@JinxJames and @StanleyMines agree to the following:
- @JinxJames and @StanleyMines agree to pay me $300,000 ECD total between them within 2 hours of this contracts approval.
- @JinxJames and @StanleyMines will also pay $150,000 ECD to a sign located at -3009 65 -6826 in legacy within 2 weeks of the Town Claim Application's approval.
- If the total amount of $450,000 ECD is not received after 2 weeks from the Town Claim Application's approval then a complaint will be filed for breach of contract against @StanleyMines and @JinxJames

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
