[Contract] Town creation, purchase and transfer

General Purpose of Contract:
Creation of a new town and permanent, irreversible transfer to @314 in exchange for EcoDollars.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Term A-1: I, @314, will pay $90,000.00 to a trade sign located at -2986 72 -7668 in Legacy within 24 hours of contract approval.
Term A-2: I, @314, will provide @BaseballIsGolden with the town name, town coordinates and town world in a forum PM within 24 hours of contract approval.
Term A-3: I, @314, will approve the town placement on @BaseballIsGolden's president application within 24 hours after the term B-1 has been fulfilled.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Term B-1: @BaseballIsGolden will publish a president application within 24 hours after the terms A-1 and A-2 have been fulfilled.

Term B-2: @BaseballIsGolden will add @314 as an owner to the newly created town within 24 hours after the president application has been handled and locked.

Term B-3: @BaseballIsGolden will remove himself as an owner from the newly created town immediately after fulfilling the term B-2.

Term B-4: @BaseballIsGolden officially waives all rights to the newly created town and explicitly accepts that @314 will be able to transfer this town via a tycoon+ claim or a town transfer application at any time. This term's validity will never cease once the term B-3 has been fulfilled.

Term B-5: @BaseballIsGolden agrees to approve further town placements near his town iff @314 requests @BaseballIsGolden to do so. This term is valid immediately after term B-3 is fulfilled and @314 has not yet filed a town transfer application or tycoon+ town claim to transfer ownership of the town in question to himself. This clause will expire 30 days after contract approval.

Term B-6: @BaseballIsGolden agrees to apply for town features for the town in question iff @314 requests @BaseballIsGolden to do so. @314 will also supply the funds for the required feature applications. This term is valid immediately after term B-3 is fulfilled and @314 has not yet filed a town transfer application or tycoon+ town claim to transfer ownership of the town in question to himself. This clause will expire 30 days after contract approval.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such:

Order in which the listed terms will be fulfilled :
(A-1 & A-2) -> (B-1) -> (A-3) -> (B-2 & B-3) -> (B-4)
Parallel terms B-5 and B-6 are valid for 30 days after contract approval.

Annotations:
The "iff" mentioned in the terms B-5 and B-6 is not a typo and refers to the logical connective "if and only if".
