[Contract] Town creation, purchase and transfer

General Purpose of Contract:
Creation of a new town and permanent, irreversible transfer to @BaseballIsGolden in exchange for EcoDollars.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Term A-1: I, @BaseballIsGolden , will pay $15,000 to @_Brandt_ within 24 hours of contract approval.

Term A-2: I, @BaseballIsGolden , will provide @_Brandt_ with the town name, town coordinates, town world, and town size posted below.

Term A-3: @BaseballIsGolden will provide @_Brandt_ $85,000 within 24 hours of @_Brandt_ being promoted to Resident.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Term B-1: @_Brandt_ will publish a Resident application within 1 hour of receiving $15,000 from @BaseballIsGolden
Term B-2: @_Brandt_ will publish a Mayor application within 1 hour of receiving $85,000 from @BaseballIsGolden. The town will be as stated below:

Term B-3: @_Brandt_ will add @BaseballIsGolden as an owner to the newly created town within 24 hours after the mayor application has been handled and locked. This can be done with /rg ao TheLandOfGold BaseballIsGolden

Term B-4: @_Brandt_ will remove himself as an owner from the newly created town immediately after fulfilling the term B-2. This can be done with /rg ro TheLandOfGold _Brandt_

Term B-5: @_Brandt_ officially waives all rights to the newly created town and explicitly accepts that @BaseballIsGolden will be able to transfer this town via a tycoon+ claim or a town transfer application at any time. This term's validity will never cease once the term B-4 has been fulfilled.

Term B-6: @_Brandt_ agrees to approve further town placements near his town if and only if @BaseballIsGolden requests @_Brandt_ to do so. This term is valid immediately after term B-4 is fulfilled and @BaseballIsGolden has not yet filed a town transfer application or tycoon+ town claim to transfer ownership of the town in question to himself.

Term B-7: @_Brandt_agrees to apply for town features for the town in question if and only if @BaseballIsGolden requests @_Brandt_ to do so. @BaseballIsGolden will also supply the funds for the required feature applications. This term is valid immediately after term B-3 is fulfilled and @BaseballIsGolden has not yet filed a town transfer application or tycoon+ town claim to transfer ownership of the town in question to himself.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Terms B-6 and B-7 are valid until @BaseballIsGolden applies to transfer this town to himself via a tycoon+ claim or a town transfer application.
