IGN: @314 Users Involved in this Contract: @MadCitizen General Purpose of Contract: Permanent transfer of the soon-to-be-created Mayor town of @MadCitizen. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Within 24 hours of contract approval I, @314, will transfer $85 000 to @MadCitizen, either via /pay or a forum bank transfer. All relevant information concerning the application - including the town name - will be sent to @MadCitizen via a forum PM at the same time as the aforementioned payment. This ensures that no third party can claim the town name and make this contract obsolete. Within 168 hours (7 days) after the Mayor application's approval I, @314, will transfer another $50 000 to @MadCitizen. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @MadCitizen will apply for the Mayor rank using the given data within 48 hours of receiving the payment. Within 24 hours of the application's approval @MadCitizen will add @314 as an owner of the newly created town. @MadCitizen officially forfeits any rights to the town. @314 is allowed to file a town transfer application at any point in the future. Within 168 hours (7 days) after receiving the second payment ($50 000) @MadCitizen will apply for a town warp to the aforementioned town. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
