IGN: OnSceneReporter Users Involved in this Contract: ninja_boy16 General Purpose of Contract: Sale of a town Ikesburg I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Will give ninja_boy16 $1 ecodollar. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: ninja_boy16 will give the town "Ikesberg" (http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-application.89741/) to OnSceneReporter, and shall be expected to be removed from perms. OnSceneReporter will be considered the owner of the town. ninja_boy16 will add OnSceneReporter to the town mayor perms. ninja_boy16 will expect to be removed from the town mayor perms. ninja_boy16 will not reclaim the town from OnSceneReporter. In the event the town is reclaimed, the following shall apply: User may not add or remove any locks. User may not add or remove any owners or members. User may not sell the town. User may not file LWC removals on any member of the town. ninja_boy16 will not troll lock LWC lockable items within the town, and if any locks are requested to be removed, shall assist in removing them asap. ninja_boy16 will assist with services that requires the establishing owner to be temporarily added back as a mayor of the town, will help complete the service, and shall be expected to be removed from the town with OnSceneReporter still in possession. Services include filing applications for town features required by the establishing owner, and helping to re-add OnSceneReporter as owner if something should happen where OnSceneReporter is wrongfully removed. ninja_boy16 consents that OnSceneReporter, or a third party hired by OnSceneReporter, may transfer the town or use a Tycoon+ town claim to claim the territory for any reason. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
