General Purpose of Contract:
Money for President In Exchange for Town

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
OnSceneReporter will provide alpert3925 with 200,000 ecodollars for him to apply for a President.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
alpert3925 will file the application below. Once the application is approved,alpert3925 will add OnSceneReporter to the mayor permission asap and expect to be removed from the mayor permission list. Additionally alpert3925agrees to the following terms:
1. alpert3925 shall not reclaim the town.
a. In the event the town is ever reclaimed the following apply to alpert3925:
i. alpert3925 may not add or remove any locks
ii. alpert3925 may not add or remove any owners or members.
iii .alpert3925 may not sell the town.
iv. alpert3925 may not file any LWC removals on any member of the town.
2. alpert3925 shall not troll-lock LWC lockable items within the town, and if any are accidently locked, shall assist in removing the lock(s) asap.
3. alpert3925 will assist with adding town features by application in the future, where alpert3925 will be temporarily added back into the owner permissions and funding shall be appropriated to alpert3925, and alpert3925will hastily file the application(s), and shall be expected to be removed from the region permissions when the application feature is completed.
4. alpert3925 consents that OnSceneReporter, or a third party contractually hired by OnSceneReporter, can use a Tycoon+ claim to claim the territory at any time, without extra expense or hassle.

  • Additional information about your additional town: It is being given to OnSceneReporter because he makes cool towns.
  • Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this?: Yes.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
