General Purpose of Contract:

Money for for Mayor Town
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

OnSceneReporter will provide 25sethgrenwillo with 85,000 ecodollars to apply for a Mayor.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

25sethgrenwillo will file the application below. Once the application is approved, 25sethgrenwillo will add OnSceneReporter to the mayor permission asap and expect to be removed from the mayor permission list. Additionally 25sethgrenwillo agrees to the following terms:
1. 25sethgrenwillo shall not reclaim the town.
a. In the event the town is ever reclaimed the following apply to 25sethgrenwillo:
i. 25sethgrenwillo may not add or remove any locks
ii. 25sethgrenwillo may not add or remove any owners or members.
iii. 25sethgrenwillo may not sell the town.
iv. 25sethgrenwillo may not file any LWC removals on any member of the town.
2. 25sethgrenwillo shall not troll-lock LWC lockable items within the town, and if any are accidentally locked, shall assist in removing the lock(s) asap.
3. 25sethgrenwillo will assist with adding town features by application in the future, where 25sethgrenwillo will be temporarily added back into the owner permissions and funding shall be appropriated to 25sethgrenwillo, and 25sethgrenwillo will hastily file the application(s), and shall be expected to be removed from the region permissions when the application feature is completed.
4. 25sethgrenwillo consents that OnSceneReporter, or a third party contractually hired by OnSceneReporter, can use a Tycoon+ claim to claim the territory at any time, without extra expense or hassle.

It is being given to OnSceneReporter because he has some big plans.
Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this?:
