General Purpose of Contract:
Paying 20k for @DeadDestroyerFTW 's town, insuring town security that @DeadDestroyerFTW will not alter anything in the town once the transaction is complete.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @kiraxo14 , agree to provide 20k in order to finish paying for @DeadDestroyerFTW 's mayorship. I will pay 20k 5 minutes after @DeadDestroyerFTW accepts the contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DeadDestroyerFTW must give me, @kiraxo14 sole ownership, even though his, @DeadDestroyerFTW , name will still be attached to the town. Name of the town and location of where it is posted.

Starts: Immediately after I, @kiraxo14 pay @DeadDestroyerFTW and he @DeadDestroyerFTW becomes mayor and the town is secured.
Ends: If @kiraxo14 is inactive for a period of 6+months, he, @DeadDestroyerFTW reclaims the town as his , @DeadDestroyerFTW , own.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@kiraxo14 has paid @DeadDestroyerFTW 20,000 ECD's for the town. He, @DeadDestroyerFTW , immediately applied for mayor. @kiraxo14 is waiting to be added as an owner, @DeadDestroyerFTW has till the 4th of May 2015 to add @kiraxo14, or 1 week after being unbanned. (Since @DeadDestroyerFTW is currently banned). @kiraxo14, or the contract will be null. If he, @DeadDestroyerFTW fails to fulfill the contract, $20,000 ECD'S will be refunded to @kiraxo14 .

Unless @kiraxo14 goes inactive for a period of 6+ months, @DeadDestroyerFTW is not allowed to alter anything in CrimeAlley(The name of the town).

 

The contract is still needed for my side of the deal. @DeadDestroyerFTW agreed to never alter anything in the town, giving me sole ownership though his name will still be listed as a mayor. This is so I'm not paying 250k for it to be moved into my name just yet.
