General Purpose of Contract:
This contract is for the agreement of the towns of Omega (Already a town next to CizFarms.), and the future towns of TritonFarms (to be owned by Guid1234) and Sigma (to be owned by maxthegreat7), to be placed within 15 blocks of CizFarms, and for all 4 members to be owners of each of the 4 towns. (CizFarms, Omega, Sigma, and TritonFarms)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
The terms that must be followed:

1. The 4 users must be listed as an owner (using /rg i) of all 4 towns.
   • This means for example, that I will be an owner of all 4 towns, Sunshine will be an owner of all 4... etc.
2. If any user is removed from any town, the person who has removed this user, must pay 25k to the removed user.
   • This means that if I were to remove Sunshine from CizFarms (my town), I must pay him 25k. Anther example is if I remove Guid1234 (as owner) from Omega, I must pay him 25k, and his ownership must be given back by any of the remaining owners.
   • If you are caught guilty of removing someone from a town, your ownership will be removed from the other 3 towns that you are owner of. (The 3 towns that you did not apply for on the forums.)
3. There will be a committee, consisting of the 4 users. This committee decides all layouts of all towns, and decides whether a member should be given perms to the nation. No user is to be added to any other town, except for the person who is adding him's town.
   • This means that if I want to add andrewkm to a town, I may only do so to CizFarms. You are not allowed to add/remove (unless for grief, or not obeying town rules) users from towns that are not fully owned by you. (The town that you have applied for ownership of on the forums.)
4. Max, Sunshine, Guid, and I will have votes on what should happen. If there is ever a tie, the user who's town we are making a decision on will have the fifth and final vote.
5. If the committee decides that a user should be removed from ownership from ONE of the towns, there will be a vote, and if the outcome is that the user will be removed from owner, and listed as a member, the removed user will have 7 days to "resign". This consists of being ready to be removed in 7 days.
6. The Owners of all 3 other towns have been given the right to place their towns within 15 blocks of CizFarms. They must honor this right, and be respectful to the towns next to them.
7. If any user is banned from the server for any reason, they will be removed as owner from all towns, and listed as a member. Individual town owners can then decide what they would like to do with the user.
8. If a user has been removed from any town as an owner, they must appeal to the remaining 3 members of the committee, and an outcome (w/ vote) will be reached.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
