General Purpose of Contract:
Safe purchase of Bramhopia.
@Kick_Me_1235
agrees to sell ownership of already existing town Bramhopia: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/mayor-and-town-application.45396/#post-2114035 to @AdmiralD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @AdmiralD agree to provide $50k to @Kick_Me_1235 within 12 hours of contract approval.
I, @AdmiralD will provide the contract (This contract), and once the contract is signed and locked, I will become the owner, and am able to do as I see fit with the town.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Kick_Me_1235 confirms there are no other owners or members of Bramhopia at the time of contract agreement.
@Kick_Me_1235 will upon payment immediately perform these commands:
/rg addowner Bramhopia AdmiralD
/rg removeowner Bramhopia Kick_Me_1235
In the event
@Kick_Me_1235 fails to do this it will be breach of contract unless fixed immediately and that failing to do any of these commands will be a breach of contract.
@Kick_Me_1235 agrees to remove all personal locks including trade signs within 3 days from the town of Bramhopia.
@Kick_Me_1235 agrees that @AdmiralD can do whatever he wants with the town Bramhopia in Legacy, that he will become the owner, and this is proof that @Kick_Me_1235 shall not attempt to reclaim Bramhopia.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
