IGN: @MCHelix3000 Users Involved in this Contract: @GLORIOUSTACO69 General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the sale of a town, and transfer of technical ownership of the region "CampusTown" in Legacy. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: >> @MCHelix3000 agrees to add @GLORIOUSTACO69 as owner to region "CampusTown" in Legacy within 24 hours of contract acceptance. >> @MCHelix3000 agrees to transfer legal ownership of region "CampusTown" to @GLORIOUSTACO69 with the acceptance of this contract. >> @MCHelix3000 agrees to be removed from the region "CampusTown" after a total of 100,000 ECD has been received from the sign located at -10014 63 -2146. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: >> @GLORIOUSTACO69 agrees to pay 25,000 ECD every week for 4 weeks for a total of 100,000 ECD paid to a sign located at -10014 63 -2146 at region "CampusTown" located in Legacy. Payments are to be done on 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, and 10/9. >> @GLORIOUSTACO69 will not remove @MCHelix3000 until all payments have been made to the sign. >> If @GLORIOUSTACO69 misses a payment, he will be responsible to make the missed payment and the next week's payment on the next week. If it is missed more than once, then it will result in breach of contract. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
