[Contract] Town Purchase "royalville"

Users Involved in this Contract:
@Toxic_frezz - known as the second party.

General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of the town “royalville”, from the second party to the first party.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Will give the second party, @Toxic_frezz, $100,000 ecodollars.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. The second party affirms that, before these contract terms, he/she is the legal and rightful owner of “royalville”, that no one else has a right to ownership of the town, and has the right to sell complete ownership of “royalville”.
   
   
   1. History: Original Application
      
      
   2. In the event that the second party does not have the right to sell complete ownership of the town and a conflict is brought forth in the future, the second party agrees to return the assets given by the first party.
      
2. The second party will give complete ownership of the town “royalville” to the first party once the payment has been received.
   
   
   1. The second party will add the first party to the town owner perms.
      
      
   2. The second party will expect to be removed from the town owner perms.
      
3. The second party will not reclaim the town. In the event the towns are reclaimed, the following shall apply:
   
   
   1. User may not add or remove any locks.
      
      
   2. User may not add or remove any owners or members.
      
      
   3. User may not sell the town.
      
      
   4. User may not file LWC removals on any member of the town.
      
4. The second party will not troll lock LWC lockable items within the towns, and if any locks are requested to be removed, shall assist in removing them asap.
   
   
   1. User will endeavor to remove any LWC locks that user may have in the town before the contract date.
      
      
   2. In the event that any LWC locks by user are found, user will return to remove lock at the first party’s request.
      
5. The second party consents that the first party, or anyone else, may sell, give, transfer, use a Tycoon+ town claim, or equivalent claim system, to claim the territory for any reason, and at any time.
   

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
