General Purpose of Contract:
@AdmiralD agrees to transfer the permanent technical ownership of already existing town OldBridge located in Legacy: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/jwpwns-town-2-app.4178/#post-25231 to @bobthegnome1 so he can use a town transfer application on it. The right to do this has been granted to me per this contract:

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @AdmiralD confirms there are no other owners or members of OldBridge at the time of contract agreement.
I, @AdmiralD will upon payment immediately perform these commands:

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@bobthegnome1 agrees to pay $125k to @AdmiralD within 24 hours of contract approval.
@bobthegnome1 will have permission to remove @AdmiralD as owner any time after he is added as owner.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
