• @Chundi_Jr will transfer $1,300,000ecd to @Quack within 24 hours of this contracts approval
• @Quackk will add @Chundi_Jr as a region owner of Cove on the main server within 24 hours of receiving the payment
• @Quackk will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @Chundi_Jr will become the new owner.
• @Quackk agrees that this contract can be used to officially transfer the town of Cove to @Chundi_Jr through the use of a town transfer application or town claim.
