General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of “Silverkeep”

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Will give amz29 $100,000 ecodollars.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. amzy29 affirms that, before these contract terms, is the legal and rightful owner of “Silverkeep”, that no one else has a right to ownership of the town, and has the right to sell complete ownership of “Silverkeep”.
   
   
   1. History: (original application), (tycoon town claim)
      
2. amzy29 will give complete ownership of the town “Silverkeep” to OnSceneReporter.
   
   
   1. amzy29 will add OnSceneReporter to the town mayor perms.
      
      
   2. amzy29 will expect to be removed from the town mayor perms.
      
3. amzy29 will not reclaim the town. In the event the towns are reclaimed, the following shall apply:
   
   
   1. User may not add or remove any locks.
      
      
   2. User may not add or remove any owners or members.
      
      
   3. User may not sell the town.
      
      
   4. User may not file LWC removals on any member of the town.
      
4. amzy29 will not troll lock LWC lockable items within the towns, and if any locks are requested to be removed, shall assist in removing them asap.
   
   
   1. User will endeavor to remove any LWC locks that user may have in the town before the contract date.
      
      
   2. In the event that any LWC locks by user are found, user will return to remove lock at buyer’s request.
      
5. amzy29 will assist with services that requires the establishing owner to be temporarily added back as a mayor of the towns, will help complete the service, and shall be expected to be removed from the town with OnSceneReporter still in possession.
   
   
   1. Services include filing applications for town features required by the establishing owner, and helping to re-add OnSceneReporter as owner if something should happen where OnSceneReporter is wrongfully removed.
      
6. amzy29 consents that OnSceneReporter, or a third party hired by OnSceneReporter, may transfer the town or use a Tycoon+ town claim to claim the territory for any reason.
   
   
   1. If explicitly directed and consented by OnSceneReporter, user will assist in the creation/acceptance of an ownership transfer contract that will meet town transfer requirements to allow a 3rd party, directed by OnSceneReporter, to perform a town transfer.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
