@icondigi @ShadowHunter4587 Alright, after discussing this contract with other staff it has been determined that the terms in which you are saying that you will be able to charge @ShadowHunter4587 against him for money if he reclaims his towns. This is not legal nor enforceable. You guys are welcome to continue this contract for the sale of these towns, but there must be no charge for @ShadowHunter4587 for reclaiming his towns if you, @icondigi were to go inactive long enough for the towns to be eligible for reclaim. Please let me know how you would to proceed, if you wish to continue this contract concerning /only/ the sale of the towns to @icondigi. If so just edit your contract and then let me know to look over it for you. Also remember that all usernames need to be tagged when mentioned and the username in the agreement post must also be tagged.
@ClarinetPhoenix That is fine, I have edited out the fees, and we have already done the trade ingame, this was just to ensure I was not going to loose the town. I would like to proceed with just Shadow giving me the town
