I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: The town Pallas is given to @jffsprs as a gift. @Bad_Boy1_3 has already given me @Bad_Boy1_3 the town, and has made me an owner. And I will keep bad_boy1_3 as a co-owner. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I @Bad_Boy1_3 give the town Pallas to @jffsprs as a gift. And will surrender all rights as original owner. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hello @jffsprs, can you be more specific on when the technical ownership of "Pallas" would be transferred? Also, what world is this in, and in exchange what will you be doing after @Bad_Boy1_3 adds you as an owner of the town?
@MCHelix3000 as you know bad_boy1_3 has left ECC, but he said he would be coming back on the forums tomorrow to sign/agree to these contracts and transfers. So im just waiting for him to do so.

@jffsprs, could you please specify that it is a contract for transferring "original" ownership and not only ownership? Also, please use @tags instead of * for the player names. After this, @Bad_Boy1_3 will need to agree again. (Side note: Might be good to add what happens with him after the contract has been approved, for example if he will stay owner/member)
@jffsprs when you tag an IGN with @ it shows up as a link that you can click to reach their forum profile. Your tags are not doing this. Could you try editing again to ensure the tags work properly?
Additionally to what kmax said, I think my previous post was a little misunderstandable. With "Original ownership" I meant a transfer of technical ownership so that a town transfer app may be filed. Please change this, apologies for my bad wording.
