to transfer town ownership/ remove me from owner list

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide @luxuriantspy5 the town named Victorisbeast immediately after payment and add him as an owner and remove myself as owner

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@luxuriantspy5 will agree to pay the payment of 45k for transaction
