General Purpose of Contract:
Trade of 55.5k for Asymons to get mayor, then transfer Ascalon to o_Hades_o

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
o_Hades_o agrees to provide $55,500 to Asymons as well as the application for mayor prewritten.
He also agrees to the following:
- Will not evict Asymons unless he breaks a town rule.
- Will allow Asymons to keep his belongings in town as long as he adheres to town rules.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Asymons agrees to the following:

He will file the mayor application exactly as it is sent by o_Hades_o immedietly after receiving the $55,500
In the event he fails to do this it will be breach of contract unless fixed immediately

He agrees that upon getting mayor, when he logs in next he will do the following commands:
/rg addowner Ascalon o_Hades_o
/rg removeowner Ascalon Asymons
Failing to do either command will result in a breach of contract
He will not use the money provided for any purpose except the purchase of Mayor.
In the event any of the previous clauses are violated, Asymons agrees that he will owe o_Hades_o $100,000 in compensation.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
