I will add @accusolHD as a region owner of "pacific" in the main server.

I will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @accusolHD will become the new owner. Should @accusolHD wish to file a town transfer in the future, this contract can serve as proof of my relinquishment of this town to @accusolHD

@accusolHD will NOT need to transfer any ECD to @communism1, as this town is a gift.
