General Purpose of Contract:
Exchange of ECD from @SKSoccer to @Dccciz for the purchase of a vault.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @SKSoccer, will pay @Dccciz $100,000 upon approval of this contract within 24 hours.
I, @SKSoccer, will pay @Dccciz $50,000 within 24 hours of the completion of the vault build.
I, @SKSoccer, will pay @Dccciz an additional $15,000 if the build is completed within one week, rather than the two weeks required in the contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Dccciz will complete the vault (specifications below) within a 2 week timeframe.
@Dccciz will create a vault, an exact copy (except direct adherence to the specifications listed below) of the vault at the following coordinates: 167, 233, -3916 in legacy world. The copy of said vault will be created in the town of osoyoos. The copy of said vault will be centered approximately at the coordinates of -7808, 146, -9929 in legacy world. This is above the large house in the center of the town of osoyoos.
@Dccciz will add all empty slots within the chest areas, shown below, image1, with the correct item IDs
@Dccciz will replace the outside glass (border of vault) with nether brick, shown below in image2.
@Dccciz will ignore the "second floor" of the vault, as shown below in image3.

EDIT: In the event that @Dccciz cannot complete this project within the two weeks, he will have to pay me 1 potato. In addition, he will have an additional week before a complaint is filed.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
