I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Before I can approve this there are some things that need to be changed:

@Pruneda98 every time a username is mentioned, even your own, it needs to be tagged with an '@' in front of the name. If @wearecity is going to make the payments by sign, the coords also need to be listed. Also, please specify as to whether you will remain an owner or be removed from the town completely, whether he will be the sole owner, and if there are other owners they must also be included in the contract (if you are not the sole owner of the town). Additionally, it might be a good idea to specify whether they may do what they please with any co-owners in the town (if there are any)

@Magicware I still see a few issues with this contract.
1. You need to define the type of ownership as per the server rules.

Do you wish to transfer "legal" ownership or "official" ownership. Keep in mind transferring "official" ownership costs 250k. http://ecocitycraft.com/wiki/index.php?title=Applications_(Presidents+)#Town_Transfer_Application_-_.24250.2C000

2. You don't specify a time frame within @wearecity will be added to the town. Maybe add something along the lines of "within 24 hours of contract approval @wearcity will be added as the "legal" owner of Secundocasui.".

3. You would be better creating a trade sign to allow payment. The burden of of handling the money for your contract shouldn't be placed on the Moderators unless you specifically find a Moderator who agrees to do so.
