@donkey5k and @wenxuan100 please specify when the $60,000 down payment will be paid. Also you stated a 4 week payment plan, but how you set up the payments it does not equal $600,000 in 4 weeks, please clarify. Lastly, have a date that the completion of the loan is due.
The $60,000 has already been payed. I said a 4 week rental not when the Payment is due. And the final Payments will be on September 10th I have also edited the contract so @wenxuan100 you'll have to re-agree.
