General Purpose of Contract: Giving money to @DOMOX12345 in exchange for sole ownership of his mayoral town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @Delucaco will provide @DOMOX12345 with $50,000 ecodollars to apply for his mayorship and nothing else.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @DOMOX12345 will file the application below and will use $35,000 of his own money alongside my $50,000 to afford it. Once the application is approved, @DOMOX12345 will add @Delucaco as owner and remove himself from the permission list as well.
Additionally @DOMOX12345 agrees to the following terms:
1. @DOMOX12345 shall not reclaim the town.
a. In the event the town is ever reclaimed the following apply to @DOMOX12345:
i. @DOMOX12345 may not add or remove any locks
ii. @DOMOX12345 may not add or remove any owners or members.
iii. @DOMOX12345 may not sell the town.
iv. @DOMOX12345 may not file any LWC removals on any member of the town.
2. @DOMOX12345 shall not troll-lock LWC lockable items within the town, and if any are accidentally locked, shall assist in removing the lock(s) asap.
3. @DOMOX12345 consents that @Delucaco, or a third party contractually hired by @Delucaco can use a Tycoon+ claim/town transfer to claim the territory at any time, without extra expense or hassle.
4. @DOMOX12345 will post the mayor application below immediately after receiving $50,000 from @Delucaco.

Additional information about your additional town: This town is for Delucaco to claim after the application is filed.

Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this?: Yes.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
