General Purpose of Contract:
The safe sale of a spawn shop.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-I will place a shop transfer app for station46.
-I will place a sign for 500k ecd in the form of 20k payments.
-The sign will be placed in my town "Ukraine". There will be no blocking of the sign and @Russee89 will be able to access it at all times.
-I will apply for the shop transfer as soon as I receive 20k from @Russee89

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- User will pay the contract initiator $20,000 upon the approval of this contract.
-User will make one payment of $20,000 per day for 24 days.
- Should a payment not be made, a $10,000 fee will be added on to the $20,000, due by the contract end date.
- The end date of this contract is 2 days after the final payment is due. Should all payments not be made by this point, the user will be required to transfer the spawn shop back to the contract initiator with no refund of any payments.
- If the spawnshop is not returned upon the conditions in which it must be as stated above, @Russee89 will be in breach of contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
