General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of a Town Claim

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @shrinkwrap4me will pay @lexi731rocs $100,000 once the town claim is accepted.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@lexi731rocs will apply for the town claim listed below. After it's acceptance, @lexi731rocs will be paid $100,000 & will add @shrinkwrap4me as owner of the town. @lexi731rocs gives full ownership of the town to @shrinkwrap4me & will not try to claim the town back in the future. @lexi731rocs also allows @shrinkwrap4me to remove as owner too.

As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
